At IN-TAO CLUB we believe that staff, parent and family communication is what sets us apart from the other after-school programs. Once you are part of IN-TAO CLUB; you’re family!  We want to ensure that the line of communication is always open and everyone stays informed.  The following are the ways we stay connected at IN-TAO CLUB:

• Parent board which lists upcoming events, curriculum topics, parent reminders and newsletters

• Open-door policy - families are welcome to visit at any time 

• Quarterly Parent-Teacher Meetings 

• Parent Satisfaction Survey

• Phone calls

• Face-to-face conversations

• Procare - alerting parents of emergencies or important reminders
